What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a long-term, sustainable role where I can lead debtor operations, strengthen cash flow, improve billing and collection processes, and manage high-value customer accounts.

I manage high-value debtor portfolios across Excellerate Services, Noodle King, Joskos Solutions, Don't Waste Services, and Africa Sun Oil, supporting cash flow, billing, collections, and account integrity.

At Excellerate Services, I managed a R25 million debtor book, led six debtor controllers, maintained debtor days, vetted credit applications, managed legal handovers, and improved processes to eliminate time wastage.

I've handled books exceeding R150 million and £3 million, preparing age analyses and cash forecasts, allocating receipts from remittances, resolving billing disputes, negotiating payment plans, and supporting audit submissions.

I work confidently across SAP, QuickBooks, Sage, Pastel, Sage Evolution, Dynamics GP, and Advanced Excel, with extensive client portal experience for invoices, statements, credit notes, and supporting documentation.
