After four rewarding years as an NHS midwife, I’m bringing the skills that define good clinical care to Human Resources—listening, advocacy, and a genuine investment in people’s wellbeing.
I’m drawn to HR’s role in shaping inclusive, equitable workplaces, particularly around neurodiversity awareness and gender inclusion, and I’ve advocated for these causes throughout my career so far.
On the people side, I’m confident de-escalating highly emotional situations with compassionate communication and genuine empathy. I also enjoy Training and Mentorship, breaking down complex tasks into actionable learning plans and handling difficult conversations sensitively and calmly.
