At Doves Care & Support, I support day-to-day operations across adult and children’s services, including services for people with SEND, learning disabilities and complex needs. I coordinate staffing and service changes, and prepare and quality-check care plans, assessments and risk documentation.
I manage safeguarding concerns, incidents and complaints from initial response through investigation and reporting, while working with families, commissioners and multi-agency teams. Earlier, I delivered community midwifery care at The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust and Sandwell and West Birmingham NHS Trust.
