My background includes remote roles in product development, package design, book composition, and proofreading, where I supported new product launches, trade show planning, and patent documentation. I bring hands-on experience with reservation systems such as Navis, SynXis, and Opera, plus the Microsoft Office Suite.

Earlier in my career I worked extensively in banquet service and event execution for weddings and conferences, including leadership as a banquet captain, ensuring events met banquet event orders and luxury service standards. I have also held editorial roles including managing editor and proofreader for publications.
