What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a fully remote role in operations, strategy, or program management. I’m collaborative, hands-on, and known for being kind, clear, and easy to work with. I love bringing structure to complex work, jumping in to support where needed, and helping teams run smoothly in mission-driven, people-first environments.

I’m an operations and strategy professional with a strong track record of leading cross-functional projects, streamlining systems, and driving impact in fast-paced, mission-driven organizations. I specialize in bringing clarity to complexity—building thoughtful, scalable processes that help teams work more efficiently and collaboratively.

My experience spans multimillion-dollar fundraising efforts, large-scale event management, cross-departmental alignment, and process improvement across operations and internal systems. I thrive in roles that balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and I’m energized by environments that value people, purpose, and creativity.

Outside of work, I’m a visual artist who paints as a personal, grounding outlet. I bring that same intentionality, curiosity, and care into the way I show up professionally—with a people-first mindset and a focus on meaningful impact.
