I built multiple APEX proof‑of‑concept applications — including a Windchill replacement that became a production tool — and created embedded help systems that reduced support load.

Before that, I managed operations teams, launched a quality control program that saved $80K in six months, and built automated Excel‑based reporting systems. I also supported high‑security logistics at FedEx Custom Critical, where accuracy and communication under pressure were essential.
