I’m looking for a role where I can apply data and business analysis to improve decision-making, optimize processes, identify root causes, and deliver insights that drive meaningful change.

I’m a data and business analyst with a strong foundation in healthcare operations, performance improvement, and KPI-driven decision making. My work focuses on helping organizations understand what’s really happening in their data and translating that insight into practical actions.

I’ve led analytics and reporting initiatives supporting executive leadership, quality improvement, and operational teams—building dashboards, automating reporting pipelines, and developing metrics around throughput, length of stay, compliance, and outcomes. I’m particularly effective at working across technical and non-technical stakeholders to define requirements, validate data, and ensure insights are trusted and used.

My background includes process analysis (Lean/Six Sigma), requirements documentation, data modeling, and advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Power Query skills. I’m comfortable in fast-changing environments and remote teams where clarity, documentation, and follow-through matter.
