I’m an online sales specialist focused on converting high-volume inbound leads into qualified appointments and closed deals. I combine fast, multi-channel responses with structured follow-up to keep prospects moving toward showings and purchase decisions.

In my most recent role, I managed high-volume internet leads across multiple Houston-area communities, responding by phone, text, and email to convert inquiries into qualified appointments. I scheduled and confirmed model home tours in close partnership with on-site Community Sales Managers, while using HubSpot CRM for detailed prospect tracking and follow-up.

Previously at Tri Pointe Homes, I scheduled 80–100 appointments monthly from web-based leads and built a strong pipeline by managing 500+ leads per month in Salesforce CRM. I created 73 sales-producing appointments in 2022 with an 88.2% kept rate and supported 13+ active communities while collaborating with 18 New Home Advisors, contributing to home sales from the $290’s up to over $1M.

Earlier in my career, I served as a New Home Advisor and Sales Counselor, nurturing online leads with Salesforce CRM, coordinating campaign support with sales and marketing teams, and handling contract work and client satisfaction through closing. I also generated over $480,000 annually part-time at Conn’s HomePlus and exceeded 110% of monthly sales quota for seven consecutive years.
