I’m an Engagement Manager with 6+ years of experience partnering with college and university leaders to achieve enrollment, marketing, and operational goals. I build trust with senior institutional stakeholders by using needs-based discovery and translating complex technology and service solutions into clear, compelling narratives tied to outcomes.

In my current role at Collegis Education, I serve as the primary liaison between institutional clients and internal teams, quarterbacking cross-functional resources to deliver results and ongoing value. I manage high-stakes relationships through challenges and escalations, and I use data tracking and reporting to monitor partner outcomes, identify opportunities, and inform strategy.

I also support long-term adoption by developing and delivering onboarding and training for institutional end-users, strengthening partner retention and reducing churn risk. Before that, as a Member Services Representative, I sharpened empathy-driven, multi-issue case management and customer support skills.
