I lead working sessions, webinars, briefings, and tool-focused trainings while coordinating execution across program, digital, technology, creative, communications, social, and executive teams.

Previously at Union Institute & University, I directed enrollment and business operations, guiding complex student journeys and improving service delivery across departments. I hired, trained, coached, and managed staff while using enrollment, service, financial, and operational data to identify barriers and inform leadership decisions.

My background also includes high-touch client support at TriNet and registrar and student-services operations at the Institute of Audio Research and Keiser University. I bring practical problem-solving, clear communication, and trusted stakeholder relationships to programs from launch through sustained adoption.
