I am a results-driven Systems Engineer with over two years of hands-on experience providing Level 1 and Level 2 IT support to more than 700 users across 15 branches nationwide. I focus on minimizing downtime, maintaining security compliance, and ensuring business continuity through proactive monitoring and rapid incident response.

My day-to-day work includes deploying, monitoring, and maintaining endpoint security, network monitoring, ticketing and asset management systems, and providing remote support using tools like VNC and Mesh Central. I administer the Odoo ticketing system to efficiently handle repair, purchase, and support requests and use Checkmk to monitor ISP and server uptime in real time.

I hold certifications including TESDA NCII, PhilNITS IT Standard Certification, Cisco Networking Academy, AWS Academy, and Google IT Support Professional Certification. I bring practical experience with Microsoft Defender, Sophos, Snipe-IT, Office suites, multiple email platforms, and AI tools to improve operational efficiency and reduce hardware failures.
