I lead German payroll transformations, migrations, and high-performing delivery teams.

At CloudPay, I lead an in-house German payroll organization of almost 40 professionals supporting more than 60 customer payrolls. I oversee payroll operations, implementations, migrations, service delivery, escalations, and continuous improvement for international B2B customers.

I've led the migration of nearly 50 customer payrolls between core systems, completing the transformation without major service disruption and approximately €70K under budget. With 12+ years in German payroll and 7+ years in people leadership, I build practical migration frameworks, strengthen operational controls, and align customers, providers, and cross-functional teams through complex change.
