I’m looking to lead HR operations in a global shared services environment—owning payroll and employee lifecycle services, improving KPIs/SLA delivery, automating processes, and ensuring compliance while partnering across HR, Finance, Legal, and vendors.

I’m a Senior HR Operations and Shared Services professional with 14+ years across multinational organizations including Intel and Citibank. I focus on delivering high-quality employee experience across the full hire-to-retire lifecycle.

My expertise spans payroll, benefits, and retirement programs, with strong ownership of KPI & SLA monitoring, vendor oversight, and compliance & internal controls. I partner closely with HR, Finance, Legal, Accounting, and external stakeholders to keep services accurate, timely, and audit-ready.
