I seek a data-informed role in higher education or workforce development where I can manage partnerships, improve student placement, and use analytics to drive program impact.

I am a results-driven higher education and workforce development professional with 3+ years coordinating healthcare student programs, managing university and community partnerships, and supporting career pathways. I build strong relationships with students, clinical and academic partners, and internal stakeholders to improve placement and retention outcomes.

I leverage data tools like PowerBI, Excel, SQL, Python and Tableau to create trackers, analyze engagement, and report insights that inform outreach and program improvements.
