At FullShift Staffing, I manage a nationwide portfolio of enterprise healthcare partners as the lead contact, trusted advisor, and escalation point. I oversee finance decisions, invoicing, audit controls, technical solutions, and partner growth against TOA targets.

Previously at Medical Solutions, I led enterprise MSP/VMS healthcare relationships and coached an account coordination team. I guided placement strategy, compliance, onboarding readiness, assignment continuity, renewals, billing escalations, and service expansion to increase net margin.

I've also built audit-ready onboarding programs for healthcare professionals and managed regulatory documentation for clinical research at WCG IRB. My work is grounded in credentialing, TJC/JCAHO compliance, documentation audits, and cross-functional problem-solving.

Earlier at First National Bank Alaska, I led software, reporting, compliance, and event-management initiatives while managing commercial fee reconciliation, financial reporting, and loan compliance monitoring. I bring a practical, data-informed approach to improving processes and delivering on partner commitments.
