At Aditya Birla Capital I led end-to-end launches, owned 150+ JIRA stories, migrated verification to a SaaS AI video platform and delivered major quality improvements (FTR 67%→99%, clearance 55%→95%), while creating CXO-level dashboards to inform growth decisions.
