At Pibit, I built an Underwriting Workbench and ClearCURE, bringing risk analysis, market research, document parsing, and configurable clearance rules into self-serve workflows. I partnered with engineering and ML to improve document extraction accuracy to about 90%, lift field-level accuracy by 12%, and reduce manual rework by about 25%.
At Sprinklr, I drove $2.5M in revenue across eight major customers through a Social Media Management UI/UX revamp, launched data retention and delegate-management tools, and delivered AI-based automation, sentiment analysis, accessibility, and self-service capabilities that reduced attrition and support load.
