I'm looking to lead enterprise digital commerce programmes where I can own delivery, budgets, governance, stakeholder alignment, and high-performing cross-functional teams.

I've led enterprise ecommerce delivery at Bounteous, launching integrations including Fabric PIM, Salesforce OMS, and Vetster across Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Adobe Commerce. I manage end-to-end portfolios, aligning scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and C-suite priorities.

Across 17+ years, I've led cross-functional and offshore teams of 40+ people, maintained 4.9 CSAT, and achieved zero critical incidents and downtime through proactive monitoring and performance tooling. Earlier, I delivered web and ecommerce modules at i-Kraft Technologies and i-Net Solution, turning requirements into stable, tested production-ready features.
