I'm looking to lead cross-functional transformation and continuous-improvement work where I can use Lean Six Sigma, automation, analytics, and stakeholder alignment to deliver sustainable operational results.

At OneSource for Estée Lauder Companies, I lead end-to-end finance transformation for global store expansion and renovation processes, coordinating Finance, Operations, Technology, and business stakeholders. I designed a centralized Power Platform and Dataverse solution to replace high-risk Excel processes, standardize workflows, and improve data integrity.

I've led and supported 90+ global Operational Excellence initiatives across Order Management shared services, recovering more than 2,000 hours of capacity and over $80K in revenue. Using DMAIC, process mapping, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and structured governance, I help teams reduce rework, strengthen controls, build capability, and sustain measurable improvements.
