I am a dedicated and detail-oriented HR professional with over 3 years of experience in Talent Planning and Acquisition, as well as digital implementation. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad de Iberoamérica, which has provided me with a strong foundation in understanding human behavior and developing effective training programs.

In my current role as a Process Delivery Specialist at Workday, I am responsible for conducting daily process transactions, developing and implementing operational activities, and providing support for talent acquisition processes. My experience also includes working as a Talent Coordinator at Intel, where I ensured compliance with staffing guidelines and maintained data integrity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Additionally, I have served as a Digital Project Manager Assistant and Instructional Designer, where I produced and supervised projects, developed e-learning courses, and provided technical support.
