I've supported guest experiences across restaurants, car hire, and hotel transport operations in Kenya and Qatar.

At Zap Car Hire and Tours Limited at Crowne Plaza Nairobi, I coordinated day-to-day transportation activities, supervised fleet operations, maintained operational and financial records, monitored budgets, and communicated client feedback to management. I also served as a customer contact point, addressed complaints, supported new employee induction, and shared local recommendations with guests.

At Healthy Diet Restaurant in Doha, I managed inventory receiving, storage, labeling, stock rotation, food-order assembly, cleanliness, and food-waste reduction while training new staff on departmental procedures.

I've also handled customized guest orders, menu recommendations, upselling, transactions, complaints, and guest satisfaction at Angiti Restaurant. I'm currently pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce and have certificates in Data Science Foundations and Python for Machine Learning.
