I handle multi-channel enquiries by phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media, resolve issues quickly, and keep schedules and records accurate even under pressure. I’m comfortable operating like a travel advisor—turning enquiries into clear next steps and maintaining smooth customer journeys from start to finish.
In my current roles, I serve as a primary point of contact across phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, and website channels, coordinating end-to-end delivery schedules while tracking each request through completion.
