I’m looking to bring my coordination and service experience into remote customer support, travel advisory, or travel operations—helping customers confidently across channels, keeping records accurate, and delivering smooth outcomes with a global team.

I’m a customer experience professional with a Diploma in Airline Cabin Crew and Customer Care, and 3+ years coordinating bookings, orders, deliveries, and client communication across hospitality, retail, and e-commerce settings. I handle multi-channel enquiries by phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media, resolve issues quickly, and keep schedules and records accurate even under pressure. I’m comfortable operating like a travel advisor—turning enquiries into clear next steps and maintaining smooth customer journeys from start to finish.

In my current roles, I serve as a primary point of contact across phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, and website channels, coordinating end-to-end delivery schedules while tracking each request through completion. I manage customer support across online platforms, process orders from initial enquiry through delivery (including changes), and provide calm, solutions-focused after-sales support. Previously, I supported 80+ guests weekly at a front desk, processed payments via POS systems, managed reservations and phone enquiries, and partnered with internal teams to keep service running smoothly.
