I’m a motivated professional who brings strong organizational skills and a dependable mindset to every work environment. In my current Branch Coordinator role, I’m cross-trained in branch coordinator responsibilities and I process oxygen (O2), RAD, nebulizers, and hospital beds while managing daily inbound and outbound calls.
My main goal is keeping the process seamless for patients by communicating with our sales team, hospitals, and clinics every day. I enjoy being the person who helps the team wherever needed, especially when coordination and quick problem-solving matter.
Earlier, I worked as a Customer Service Representative where I handled face-to-face customer support, scheduling, call routing to the correct staff, and communication with insurance companies for auto claim information. I also supported the shop process through insurance interactions, and I improved customer experience while assisting in a 60% shop revenue increase and mastering the CARE scheduling system. Before that, I managed a 90-unit apartment complex as an Assistant Office Manager—handling accounts receivable and payable, managing turnovers, and filing and paying company taxes quarterly—along with teaching as an Assistant Pre-School Teacher.
