What I'm looking for

I want to build my career in healthcare by supporting members and providers with accurate, compassionate service. I’m looking for a team that values research-driven problem solving, clear documentation, and growth in healthcare operations and management.

I’m an adaptable customer service representative with 15+ years in the healthcare customer service field, delivering prompt, accurate, thorough, and courteous support. I’ve worked in office, face to face, and remote environments, helping members and providers by researching issues, coordinating with other departments, and accurately documenting inquiries.

Across roles at BlueCross BlueShield of SC, EviCore Healthcare, Concentrix Virtual Care, and Conduent, I’ve used EMR/EHR and AthenaHealth to access medical records and support electronic requests. I also schedule appointments with Careapp, advise members on EOB availability, explain EOBs, and handle non-routine inquiries by following deviation-from-procedure needs. I’m currently earning a BA in Science (Healthcare Management) and looking to start and grow my career within healthcare management—building on my experience in member support, claims/EOB guidance, and healthcare outreach.
