What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a remote role in administration, operations, or program coordination.

At Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, I support the Executive Director and three department managers. I created a Senior Admin Handbook and Employee Handbook to standardize processes and improve onboarding.

I manage vendor contracts, track expenses, and coordinate travel and event logistics. I also lead onboarding activities and coordinate internal and external interviews.

At Healing Hands Medical Group, I helped transition from paper charts to a full EHR system and oversaw daily operations including scheduling, purchasing, billing, and insurance processing. At the City of Los Angeles, I coordinated encampment cleanups across agencies and reported daily to the Mayor’s Office.
