What I'm looking for

I’m looking to support mission-driven leadership in a high-volume, fast-paced environment—owning executive operations, compliance, and process improvement while coordinating stakeholders and driving measurable efficiency.

I’m an executive-level administrative and operations professional with 7+ years supporting senior leadership in complex, high-performance environments, including federal research and healthcare systems. I manage executive priorities and timelines, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and deliver operational excellence with strict compliance and confidentiality.

At the National Institutes of Health, I serve as an Office Manager and Executive & Research Operations Lead, leading end-to-end administrative operations—executive calendars, briefing preparation, federal travel, personnel actions, procurement/property management, and policy guidance. I design and maintain SOPs, tracking systems, and shared tools (including SharePoint), analyze administrative data for leadership decision-making, and continuously streamline workflows to improve efficiency and stakeholder alignment. Previously, I brought the same operational rigor to Adventist HealthCare as an Emergency Room Technician and to Kaiser Permanente as an Executive Administrative Assistant, including advanced Excel/database reporting and process improvements that supported measurable revenue growth.
