At Hippo Insurance, I manage residential property claims from initial report through settlement, including complex losses. I evaluate coverage, prepare and review estimates, and work toward accurate claim resolution.
Before Hippo Insurance, I investigated property claims at Liberty Mutual Insurance and National General Insurance, where I also trained and mentored new adjusters on claims processes and coverage interpretation.
My claims experience includes property coverage analysis, catastrophe and complex loss handling, and estimate preparation and review. Earlier, I taught English and reading fundamentals at Splendora ISD.
