I’m looking for a role where I can handle complex property and liability claims end-to-end, lead defensible coverage decisions, and use Xactimate to build accurate estimates—while collaborating with experts and maintaining strong compliance and cost control.

I’m an insurance General Adjuster focused on complex, multi-line claims—high-severity property losses, catastrophe events, third-party liability exposures, AUP claims, and large commercial losses exceeding $1M. I lead the full claim lifecycle from initial field investigation through coverage analysis, damage scoping, estimate development, liability assessment, and settlement negotiation.

I interpret and apply policy language, endorsements, and exclusions to reach defensible coverage determinations in complex and disputed claims. I conduct detailed on-site inspections and forensic-level damage evaluations for both residential and commercial structures, and I use Xactimate at an advanced level to produce precise, carrier-aligned estimates. I build comprehensive documentation—photo reports, recorded statements, expert coordination, and investigative findings—while collaborating with engineers, contractors, attorneys, and third-party vendors to resolve coverage and causation issues.

Before claims work, I served as a Bilingual Educator & Program Support (Teacher/ITS) with experience planning and coordinating curriculum execution, mentoring new staff, and supporting campus technology operations using Google Workspace tools. Earlier, I worked as an Insurance Agent, strengthening lead generation, client relationships, and sales execution. My background in educational leadership and information technology supports how I communicate clearly, analyze details, and maintain compliance-focused, organized claim files.
