I’m looking to lead data-driven growth marketing that turns strategy into measurable revenue. I want to build high-performing teams and partner across sales, product, and analytics to optimize CAC, LTV, and omnichannel execution.

I’m a strategic growth marketing leader with 20+ years of experience turning strategy into action and momentum into measurable results. I’ve launched and scaled 33 B2B and B2C brands globally, managing $45M P&L and $300K to $500M+ cross-channel marketing mix budgets across brand, sales, and agency environments. I bring the “knitter (engineering)” and “gardener (growth)” mindsets into every leadership role—designing systems that grow and nurturing teams that deliver.

In my current independent fractional role, I built the end-to-end growth engine for GoodRx’s new business unit, moving revenue from $0 to $5M in 12 months through go-to-market strategy and sales enablement. I executed 14 trade events to capture 1K+ high-value target contacts and created go-to-market assets including narrative frameworks, one-pagers, audience profiles, and case studies. Previously at In Women’s Health, I led platform & member experience to grow the tech platform to 9,000+ subscribers and delivered lifecycle marketing that lifted subscriptions 71% while reducing churn 37%.

Earlier, as VP, Head of Media Strategy at Known Global VC-backed data consultancy, I managed $45M P&L and secured $30M+ growth revenue by operationally-led processes and omni-channel marketing for Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Centers. I delivered 41% CAC improvement for subscription conversion on behalf of AMC Networks and -17% CAC on average across the client portfolio. Across agency leadership at Havas, I grew paid social and programmatic ad revenue by 480% and 320% and built cross-functional workflows; I’ve also developed teams through four career development training programs, two mentorship programs, and two volunteer programs.
