I'm seeking a legitimate remote customer service or customer support position where I can use my customer-facing experience, telephone communication skills, and attention to detail while building long-term experience in a remote working environment.

At ROMAN'S PIZZA, I progressed from General Worker to Cashier and assist customers with questions, enquiries, and orders.

I answer telephone calls and process cash and card transactions using the POS system, maintaining accuracy while handling customer requests.

I also assist with customer concerns and stock and general operational duties. I'm seeking a remote customer service or customer support position where I can use my customer-facing experience and build long-term experience in a remote working environment.
