In my most recent role as Lead – Talent Acquisition & HRBP at Americana International PLC, I was the first HR employee hired to establish India's Development Center, successfully scaling the team to over 200 tech employees. I built comprehensive HR processes, including talent acquisition, onboarding, policy creation, performance management, and compliance. My experience also includes anchoring HRIS implementation and managing statutory audits, ensuring seamless alignment between India and UAE headquarters.
