I am a dedicated professional with over 5 years of experience in customer service and team leadership. My role as a Guest Services Leader at Lowe’s Food has honed my ability to deliver empathetic and efficient support, ensuring that guests receive the best possible solutions to their concerns. I thrive in high-pressure situations, utilizing my excellent communication and de-escalation skills to resolve issues effectively.

In addition to my professional experience, I am actively involved in community service, where I give back by organizing food distribution for those in need. As the President of the NCCU Chapter of Durham CAN, I lead discussions on community outreach and work to understand and address the needs of our community.
