I’m looking for the right full-time opportunity and am open to strategic advisory or board roles where I can add real value to organizations serious about growth, technology adoption, and operational excellence.

At Vesta Automation, I lead operations, sales, procurement, and strategic planning for a CSA-certified industrial automation firm. I’m the primary business development driver, responsible for $3M in annual revenue and a team of nine.

I designed and deployed a custom Notion-based ERP that brings procurement workflows, supplier tracking, project cost reporting, and operational dashboards into one platform. I also built AI-powered workflows using n8n and Claude to improve operational efficiency and project visibility.

Before Vesta Automation, I planned maintenance and integration activities at Pollard Banknote, where I developed preventative maintenance programs that reduced unplanned downtime. At Manitoba Hydro, I managed electrical construction and contractor supervision on remote dam and substation infrastructure projects.

I built my career from the field up as a Red Seal Journeyman Electrician, with experience in industrial controls, panel manufacturing, and systems integration. I’m looking for the right full-time opportunity and am open to strategic advisory or board roles where I can contribute to growth, technology adoption, and operational excellence.
