I've supported healthcare and enterprise technology operations at Recover Health, Lifesprk, and Ecolab, resolving user issues and improving the end-user experience.

At Recover Health, I managed Office 365 administration, mobile device management, user accounts, and support documentation. I was the only non-managerial staff member able to plan and create knowledge base articles, and I trained two lower support tiers in a senior-level capacity.

At Lifesprk, I delivered level 1 and 2 support, coordinated technology training and onboarding, monitored back-office and electronic medical record systems, and served as a vendor liaison. I also upgraded conference rooms and selected video conferencing solutions during COVID.

Earlier, I deployed mobile devices, computers, and peripherals, audited T-Mobile lines to eliminate $8,000 in monthly loss, and onboarded 150 employees. At Ecolab, I used ServiceNow, AirWatch, and Active Directory to support systems and assets, earning promotion to the IMAC team.
