I’m a customer-focused learning and development professional with 6+ years of experience supporting onboarding, implementation, and system adoption. I specialize in translating complex processes into clear, step-by-step guidance that improves user confidence and independent task completion.

In my current Learning Specialist role, I coordinate and deliver structured training sessions for 40+ users to ensure consistent onboarding and system adoption. I create interactive eLearning modules and structured learning materials using Articulate Storyline, manage system configurations (including user access, troubleshooting, and completion/engagement tracking), and use user feedback and performance data to improve training effectiveness.

Before this, I worked as a Patient Onboarding Coordinator/Medical Assistant, where I coached users through intake, treatment setup, and at-home instructions—resolving challenges in real time and reducing errors and follow-up needs. I bring that same clarity and user-centered approach to every workflow, whether it’s a new system or a new set of responsibilities.
