At Caricom Impacs, I develop and maintain secure web applications and backend services. I also design RESTful APIs for data exchange with internal systems and external government agencies.
I developed Rifbid at Rifbid, a SaaS product connecting bidders with government agencies for contracts. I created a Python scraper for government websites and integrated AI tools to summarize, translate, categorize, and extract keywords from tender data.
For Rifbid, I also implemented subscription payments, semantic search, tests, and a CI/CD pipeline. I worked with another developer on the Next.js front end and deployed the application and Python API using DigitalOcean.
I’ve also created projects including a Python and OpenAI WhatsApp chatbot that handles customer questions, orders, and handoffs to a person, and a React Native business listing platform for Trinidad called LEO TT.
