What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead content strategy, brand storytelling, and community engagement work that turns complex products into compelling narratives and improves customer engagement and retention.

I've led content strategy and brand transformation at Current Asia, including new positioning, brand guidelines, a refreshed website, and marketing collateral.

Previously at Divine Agency, I ran social campaigns and content creation across APAC markets, using KPI and web-traffic analysis to improve engagement. At Galton Voysey, I researched markets and competitors to uncover growth opportunities and strengthen content marketing channels.

My background also includes scaling customer support operations at IDEO, coordinating product lifecycles across design, development, and support, and creating effective onboarding materials as an English teacher.
