I’m looking for a leadership role where I can own operations systems, improve SOPs, and use AI-driven automation to increase efficiency—while supporting strong client/vendor relationships and high-performing remote teams.

I’m an Operations Coordinator and Administrative Strategist with 20+ years of experience driving complex logistics, vendor relationships, and high-volume scheduling. I’m known for moving from foundational administrative work into system ownership—then building SOPs that remove operational friction.

In my current role, I coordinate execution and performance across 28 retail locations, implementing new systems and routines to improve consistency across 23 departments. I analyze operational performance data to support financial reporting and strategic planning, using tools like UKG, Profit Trax, and advanced Excel for workforce scheduling and operations analysis.
