I’m a Gaming Moderation & Appeals Specialist with 2.5+ years of international experience supporting the Roblox platform. I focus on fair, unbiased outcomes by enforcing community guidelines and making policy-based decisions.

In my role, I handle ban appeals and account suspension reviews, investigating harassment, fraud, and abuse while ensuring decisions align with platform policies. I consistently achieved 98–100% QA scores while meeting SLA and KPI targets in high-volume environments.

I’m strong at analytical decision-making and documentation, using Zendesk and internal CS tools to record cases meticulously. When needed, I escalate complex cases to Trust & Safety teams to protect the community and improve resolution quality.

Before gaming support, I worked as a QA Executive, conducting quality testing of raw materials and finished products and maintaining testing records to support internal audits. I bring that same compliance mindset and attention to detail to moderation, appeals, and investigations.
