I'm seeking a long-term career in a dynamic organization where I can apply my analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to improve processes, deliver high-quality results, support customer experiences, and continue growing professionally.

I'm leading daily hotel operations at Home2 Suites by Hilton Grand Rapids Northeast, overseeing front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services.

Previously, I directed sales and marketing strategies through corporate accounts, group bookings, digital campaigns, and local partnerships. I also managed market analysis, forecasting, revenue optimization, client relationships, and sales-team mentorship to support revenue growth and retention.

My hospitality experience includes front desk, reservations, guest support, events, and conferences at Fairfield Inn and Suites, Village Suites Bay Harbor, and Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort.

I bring a Hospitality Administration degree from Central Michigan University along with strong communication, listening, leadership, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills.
