At Presence, I lead service delivery and workforce operations across 60 regional district portfolios, supporting Talent Acquisition and clinical staffing for K–12 schools. I manage referral pipelines, provider alignment, fulfillment timelines, retention, operational KPIs, and escalations to strengthen continuity of care and client success.

Previously, I led provider empowerment and recruiting operations for more than 655 clinicians nationwide, overseeing full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, compliance, licensure support, compensation strategy, and workforce planning across 17 Mid-Atlantic states. I use Salesforce, Tableau, Metabase, Fountain, and enterprise systems to improve workflow visibility, workforce analytics, and provider engagement.

My background also includes business development and high-volume healthcare recruiting at Maxim Healthcare Staffing, where I built client partnerships, managed staffing logistics, supported payroll and incentive programs, and delivered consultative staffing solutions.
