What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can support and train clinical users, troubleshoot EHR issues, and improve workflows—using eCW/Cerner expertise—while contributing to stable go-lives, well-built training materials, and responsive service delivery.

I’m an EMR Support Analyst with 4+ years eCW experience and 4+ years data abstract experience, supporting clinicians end-to-end through helpdesk/service requests, troubleshooting, and go-live support. I train users elbow-to-elbow and through classroom, online, and one-to-one instruction—always aiming for smooth transitions and confident adoption.

I bring hands-on expertise across e-Clinical Works (eCW) V10, V11, and V11e, including eBO/Reporting in eCW, plus Cerner Powerchart experience. I also support workflows through workflow re-engineering, build/configuration, form and clinical content development (VFE/TFE and form edits), and education curriculum development—using service request management and clear feedback loops to drive reliable outcomes.
