I’m a healthcare professional with 7+ years of experience supporting clinical operations, healthcare analytics, EHR workflows, and data-driven decision-making. In my recent role, I gathered and analyzed operational data to support leadership decision-making and performance improvement initiatives. Across Epic (Grand Central, Prelude, Cadence, Willow) and Cerner experience, I resolve workflow and documentation issues and help teams maintain accurate patient information and consistent reporting.
