I'm looking for a customer support, client onboarding, or operations role with an international or remote-friendly team.

At Visa Mars Batna, I manage client files from document collection through visa application preparation, appointment coordination, and administrative follow-up for multiple international destinations. I communicate with clients across in-person, phone, WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram channels while keeping records and schedules organised.

I also built and ran ALMA, an Instagram fashion shop, managing sales, orders, logistics, content, customer engagement, and after-sales support. I'm fluent in French and English and bring a practical, client-focused approach to customer support and operations.
