I’m a Customer Support Specialist with hands-on experience in remote support environments, managing customer inquiries through chat, email, and messaging platforms.
I resolve issues related to orders, shipping, returns, and cancellations, using Gorgias to manage support tickets while keeping response quality and accuracy consistently high.
In my recent role, I handled 90+ tickets per day with fast response times, and I coordinated with my team using Slack to keep workflows running smoothly.
