I am an HR professional with internship experience in IT recruitment and eight years of teaching experience, focused on delivering effective talent acquisition and HR operations.

During my HR/IT Recruiter internship, I supported end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, sourcing 40–50 candidate profiles per week using Naukri and LinkedIn, and maintained recruitment data in Excel.

My background as a Mathematics teacher strengthened my communication, presentation, and organizational skills, and I am experienced in resume screening, HR screening calls, interview coordination, and stakeholder coordination.

I hold HR/Business Analyst certification and degrees in Education and Engineering, and I am proficient with HR tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, basic ATS), MS Office, PowerBI, Tableau, SQL, and Python. I am seeking an HR Executive role to contribute to talent acquisition and HR operations.
