I’m seeking a remote HR/Recruitment opportunity where I can own sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding, collaborate with hiring teams, and help deliver impactful hiring outcomes with strong candidate experience.

I’m a results-driven HR & Recruitment professional with hands-on experience in end-to-end recruiting for Indian IT & Non-IT and US IT & Non-IT hiring. I’ve worked as an IT Recruiter, sourcing and screening candidates for roles including Python Developers, Testing Engineers, Data Analysts, Java, and Angular Developers, and I’m comfortable owning hiring from job posting to final offer stage.

In my trainee and internship roles, I sourced candidates through portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Hirist, Instahyre, Internshala, and Snaphunt, collaborated closely with hiring teams to fulfill requirements, and conducted first-round interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
