At the University of California Office of the President, I manage benefits enrollment, leave records, premium reconciliation, and employee benefit inquiries across three UC campus sites. I use PeopleSoft, Salesforce, and Oracle to maintain accurate records, manage cases, and process financial transactions.

Previously at LERETA, I supported benefits and leave administration, contributed to the UKG rollout, integrated open enrollment portals and carrier file feeds, and processed COBRA enrollments. I also created onboarding and separation documents and helped coordinate employee engagement events.

I bring a business administration background in human resources management, along with experience auditing payroll records, protecting confidential employee data, and improving administrative processes through careful analysis and responsive service.
