At First Republic Bank (JPMorgan Chase), I administered employee benefits across multiple plans and jurisdictions and managed renewals and open enrollment. I also oversaw leave processes, including FMLA and CFRA, and helped ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
Across these roles, I’ve worked with carriers, vendors, payroll, and employees to resolve eligibility, claims, and billing discrepancies. I’ve also developed HR partner training and conducted carrier reconciliations and audits.
