What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue supporting end-to-end technical hiring and HR operations, partnering closely with hiring managers on sourcing strategy, candidate experience, compliance, onboarding, and data-driven recruiting.

At Goldman Sachs, I partner with hiring managers to plan technical hiring, source passive candidates through Boolean and X-Ray searches, screen applicants, coordinate technical interviews, and manage offers through onboarding. I track time-to-fill, drop-off rates, source efficiency, offer acceptance, and diversity sourcing in manual trackers.

Previously at HCL Technologies, I supported recruiting, payroll coordination, employee relations, compliance documentation, compensation benchmarking, and workforce reporting. I bring hands-on experience with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, assessment scheduling, candidate experience, and data-driven hiring.
